Would I Do It Again?

A great measure of whether of not you liked something is "would you do it again?" A few months ago, a friend asked me if I would buy my Sutra again. About 3000 miles later, the short answer is: probably not.

Don't get me wrong, the Sutra is a great bike, but this iteration of the Sutra (2008) is just not the platform for me. The 2010 Sutra looks like they may have finally addressed some of the more egregious problems, but I am withholding judgment until I see one in person.

This is going to sound like a lot of nitpicking, but it's really a full disclosure, eyes-wide-open, hard look at the Sutra. I'm not getting rid of my Sutra, and that is saying a lot. Tune in tomorrow and I will start enumerating the high and low points.
